A Life Story Foundation is excited to introduce our ALS First Responders’ Program!  There is a natural connection between the first responder and ALS communities.  The success of an emergency hospital visit hedges on the work of emergency medical technicians, and is the difference between safe care and transport for patients with specialized needs.

For people suffering from ALS and other Motor Neuron Diseases, the journey to the hospital is more crucial than the destination.  The amazing First Responders around us dedicate their lives to saving others and deserve free, accredited education on how to best care for the people within their communities.

We ask that you please consider giving to ALSF to further work on our First Responders' Program.  Through it, we will provide accredited classes for First Responders' continuing education at no cost.

Rolling out 2019 - stay tuned for our Curriculum Launch Event!

Those who suffer from ALS, their friends and families, or anybody that has had experience in an emergency situation with someone suffering from ALS, please fill out the form below. We want to share your stories with our emergency medical technicians. Education keeps everyone safe, but our stories set us apart.
